Our new home

We are blessed beyond measure, we have an adorable home, close to family. We are in a warmer climate, no more below zero winter temperatures for me. I guess we are happy about this because this past winter up north was horrible. Maybe even beyond horrible.  I no longer want to drive, or slip on the ice again. It is not a good path to walk on.

We have a home close to nature, we hear the barred owl in the morning hours and watch the lizards run around our yard. We also have a new dog, to call our own. She is a sweet little Papillon which means butterfly.

She was a rescue and we are not sure about her story, all we know is that we love her. We are grateful to the rescue for giving us a dog that fits our lifestyle, that she is sweet and gentle.

Thank you L-rd for your great mercy and grace in taking care of us, when our needs are so great. Moving a thousand miles away, took strength, courage and financial resources.
